Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer products and services to you.

We aim to present product descriptions, dimensions, colors, compatibility information, availability, and prices accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing variations can affect appearance. Measure your vehicle or intended installation area and review the product-specific size information before ordering. Unless expressly stated with supporting evidence, our pet-travel products are not vehicle safety restraints, crash-protection devices, or substitutes for responsible supervision.

Orders and payment

All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Submission of an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate operational reasons. If a canceled order has been charged, the applicable amount will be refunded.
