Shipping Policy

VistoraCo currently displays prices and processes orders in USD.

Order processing

Orders are generally prepared within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. During unusually busy periods, processing can take longer.

Estimated US delivery

Standard delivery to eligible United States addresses is generally estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. The estimate shown on the product page or at checkout controls if it differs from this general range.

Tracking and split shipments

Tracking details are emailed when available. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Address accuracy

Please verify the shipping address before placing an order. Contact support@vistoraco.com immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has started, and additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

Delays and delivery issues

Carrier disruptions, severe weather, customs processing, and high-volume periods can affect delivery. If tracking has not updated for an extended period or a package appears lost, email us with your order number so we can investigate.

Duties and taxes

Applicable taxes are calculated or disclosed during checkout where supported. Any import duties or customs charges not collected at checkout are the recipient's responsibility unless local law requires otherwise.
